If you want to analyze colocalization in a specific area of the image, use the ROI tool such as Lasso or Polygon for precise selection.
To open an image quickly, drag and drop it onto the CoLocalizer Pro icon while holding down the Command-Option keys. You can drop the image onto any CoLocalizer Pro icon in the Dock, Finder's sidebar, or Finder itself.
