âCoLocalizer Pro counts pixels based on selected pairs of channels considering color components. For instance, if you select a Red-Green pair, Blue pixels will not be included in the count. To classify a pixel as Red, it must contain some Red values and no Green or Blue values. Similarly, a pixel is counted as Green if it has some Green values and no Red or Blue values. A pixel is classified as Yellow if it contains some values of both Red and Green, but no Blue.

âWhen analyzing an image using the Red-Green pair, any Blue pixels present will be excluded from the count, meaning that total pixel count may be less than 100%.

âIn the latest version of CoLocalizer Pro 3, the method for background correction has been updated. It is now recommended to correct the background using selected channel pairs rather than individual channels. This change ensures that pixels from a third channel, which will be excluded from the count, are not considered when correcting the background. If users want to view pixels from a third channel, they can utilize the Histogram tool.
